The Dutch Windmill in the Fabyan Forest Preserve, on the Fox River between Batavia and Geneva, Illinois. Built in the Dutch settlement at York Center, Illinois in 1851. Reconstructed on the Fox River by Col. Goerge Fabyan in 1914. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Dutch-style, actually -- built by Germans in the antebellum USA. Or so the docent said. It's a fine structure, regardless.
