Holy Hill Basilica

This church, a national shrine and a historical landmark, was rededicated in 2006 as a minor basilica. It is built 1500 feet above sea level and is under the direction of the Discalced Carmelite Friars.

Dear Bonnie,
Worth a visit if you're near Milwaukee, which this basilica is. Must be hard to be discalced in the winter, though.
