Burke Brise Soliel

Designed by architect Santiago Calatrava of Spain, the museum structure is known for its "Burke Brise Soliel," or sunshade, which gently and silently rolls up against the backdrop of Lake Michigan.

I saw this structure close up a few years ago & last weekend from the highway, obscured by fog.
